Tube frame with its cut list
Vega builds the frame in 40x40x3 tube with the top frame mitred, the bottom frame butted against the legs, the cross bar and the foot plates, saves it and exports the cut list to Excel with lengths and angles.
RequestCreate a weldment frame of 1200 x 800 x 750 mm high: top frame and bottom frame 100 mm above the floor, four legs and a central cross bar at the top, all in 40x40x3 square tube of S275JR, with mitred joints in the frames, trims on the legs, 100 x 100 x 8 foot plates. Save it as BASTIDOR and export its cut list to Excel.

12 m Pratt gable truss
Vega builds the truss with its 8 panels, 80x80x4 tube chords and 50x50x3 posts and diagonals, trims every joint with no overlaps and applies S275JR. The missing 80x80x4 profile is created in the library.
RequestCreate a gable Pratt truss weldment, 12 m span and 1.5 m high at the ridge, with 8 panels: chords in 80x80x4 square tube and posts and diagonals in 50x50x3 tube, all in S275JR.

Tank stand with cross bracing
Vega builds the four legs and the top frame in 80x80x5 tube, the St Andrew's crosses in 50x50x5 L angle, the base plates with their 4 Ø18 holes and the gussets between the legs and the frame, all in S275JR.
RequestCreate a weldment to support a tank: four 1200 mm legs in 80x80x5 square tube on a 1500 x 1000 mm rectangle, a top frame in the same tube, St Andrew's crosses in 50x50x5 L angle on both long sides, 200 x 200 x 15 base plates with 4 Ø18 holes under each leg and 8 mm gussets between the legs and the frame. All in S275JR.
