L-shaped sheet metal bracket
Vega folds the stainless steel bracket with its slots, holes and rounded corners, saves it and exports the DXF of the flat pattern for laser cutting.
RequestCreate an L-shaped sheet metal bracket in AISI 304 stainless steel, 2 mm thick, with a 2 mm bend radius and a K-factor of 0.5: a 120 x 80 mm horizontal flange with two 10 x 25 mm slots 60 mm apart, and a 100 mm vertical flange with two Ø9 holes 25 mm from the top edge and 40 mm apart, with the free corners rounded to R8. Save it as SOPORTE_L and export the DXF of the flat pattern.

Sheet metal tray with its drawing
Vega folds the tray with its flanges, corner reliefs and holes, makes the A3 shop drawing with the flat pattern and the bend lines, and exports the PDF.
RequestCreate an AISI 304 sheet metal tray, 1 mm thick, with a 1 mm radius and a K-factor of 0.4: a 300 x 200 mm base with four 40 mm flanges pointing up, 40 mm outer height, rectangular corner reliefs and four Ø5 holes in the base 20 mm from the edges. Make its shop drawing with the flat pattern and the bend lines, automatic A3 template, and export its PDF.

Lid with hems and a slot grid
Vega folds the galvanized steel lid with its flanges, closed hems, the grid of 24 slots and the holes, saves it and exports the DXF of the flat pattern for 2 units.
RequestCreate a galvanized steel sheet metal lid, 1.5 mm thick: 400 x 300 mm with 25 mm flanges pointing down on all four sides, a closed hem on the two long flanges, a centred grid of 6 x 4 slots of 40 x 6 mm and two Ø6.5 holes in each short flange. Save it as TAPA_REJILLA and export the DXF of the flat pattern for 2 units, with the quantity in the name.
Times and costs of the tasks in the videos are indicative: they depend on the size of the model and on what you ask for.
